Whether or not getting your skin rejuvenated or a tattoo removed is going to hurt is one of the most important factors in deciding on whether or not you’ll have the procedure.

There will be some discomfort as a result of skin rejuvenation or tattoo removal treatment. The good news is that at Renew Laser Aesthetics we use the Enlighten™ laser and patients who have undergone skin rejuvenation and tattoo removal using this specific laser have had less discomfort and a shorter recovery time than with other lasers. You can apply a numbing cream at home. Please note that the numbing cream needs to be applied 30 to 45 minutes before the treatment for best results. Remember, better technology = fewer treatments = less discomfort.
